Van and Edna and Kiera.  Van and I played basketball and ran track for the Cleveland HS Eagles of Seattle Washington back in the late fifties.  Even though we didn't set any records for our athletic prowess we gave the schools we competed against ample reason to fear us.  Maybe fear is too strong a word.  After all these years and thinner hair we remain the best of friends.
